    ** Stock posts largest intraday pct gain since Nov. 5
    ** Health and fitness club provider says its unit Plus
Fitness International has executed an area development agreement
in Singapore
    ** Agreement to secure additional franchise groups and
expand coverage in Southeast Asia
    ** Unit has sold a franchise comprising five locations in
Singapore
    ** Co says agreements in Malaysia and the Philippines are
expected to be finalised shortly
    ** Viva down 6.1% YTD as of 0307 GMT
