 SEAT.O  down 4% at $6.40 premarket
    ** Stock will open at record low if current levels hold
    ** SEAT forecasts 2023 revenue in the range of $580 mln to
$610 mln, below Refinitiv IBES estimate of $615.73 mln
    ** CFO Lawrence Fey says co expects "muted" industry growth
this year
    ** As of last close, SEAT down 8.5% YTD
