** Shares of ticket exchange and reselling company Vivid Seats SEAT.O down 27% at $2.75

** Company posts Q4 net loss of $4.4 million

** Analysts, on average, estimate a $5.8 million profit, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Company forecasts annual net revenue in the range of $730 million to $810 million, compared with the estimate of $801.6 million

** Q4 marketplace gross order value, which measures the  total transactional amount of marketplace orders, down 11% at $994.4 million

** Stock down about 40.6% YTD, including session's moves
