 SEAT.O  up as much as 6.44% at $9.26 premarket 
    ** Co raises its forecast for FY2022 revenue to a range of

    ** Co's Q2 revenue also beat Refinitiv IBES estimates,
driven by pent-up demand for its products
    ** Stock down ~20% YTD, as of last close
