** Truist Securities raises Equity Residential  EQR.N  price
target to $77 from $73; maintains "buy" rating
     ** Truist says increased affordability, re-opening of
amenities, and continued return to work trends will entice more
renters to EQR’s "high-quality assets"
     ** 8 of 23 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 15
"hold"; their median PT is $75
    ** YTD, EQR up 21% as of last close
