    ** DV shares on course for 5th straight session of gains
    ** Digital media analytics firm to replace Meridian
Bioscience Inc  VIVO.O  in SPCY effective Tues (Jan 31),
according to S&P Dow Jones Indices
    ** SD Biosensor  137310.KS  acquiring Meridian Bioscience in
deal expected to close soon
    ** Also, Twitter to team up with DoubleVerify and Integral
Ad Science  IAS.O  to provide advertisers tweet-level analysis
on content appearing next to their ads, cos said on Weds
    ** DV shares up ~16% to start 2023 for roughly $4.2 bln
market cap, per Refinitiv
    ** 12 of 14 analysts rate DV "buy" or "strong buy", 2 rate
