    ** Co says its experimental drug to treat a type of fatty
liver disease met the main goal in a mid-stage study
    ** The non-steroidal drug, FXR314, helped significantly
reduce liver fat in patients with metabolic function-associated
steatohepatitis (MASH) 
    ** MASH, previously known as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, 
affects around 5% of the U.S. population 
    ** XR314 was also found to be safe and well tolerated, co
said 
    ** Co added it expects to present detailed findings of the
study at an upcoming conference 
    ** As of last close, stock down 9% YTD
