Wall Street's three main indexes were set to open higher on Wednesday as
Treasury yields slipped to multi-month lows on growing optimism about an
interest rate cut from the Federal Reserve next year.  .N 
    
    At 9:05 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.31% at 35,556. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.53% at 4,587, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.68% at
16,157.
