 * Deal with Karizoo Group Spain has achieved closure and Karizoo Group will be 
   integrated and consolidated with co 
 
 * Source text: With reference to the Press Release dated May 30, 2016 titled "Alivira to acquire majority stake in Karizoo Group Spain". 
 
Further to the above, Sequent Scientific Ltd has informed BSE that the transaction has now achieved closure and Karizoo Group (Vila Vina Particpacions) will be integrated and consolidated with the Company effective July 01, 2016.
