    ** Walmart  WMT.N  is in talks to buy VZIO for $2 bln The
Wall Street Journal reports citing people familiar with the
matter
    ** Deal price would offer a near 30% premium to VZIO's close
on Monday
     ** Stock rose 3.9% in 2023
