Change in the Board of Directors

 

VK Company Limited (LSE, MOEX: VKCO, hereinafter referred as "VK" or "the
Company"), one of the largest Internet companies in the Russian-speaking
Internet market, announces a change in the Board of Directors of the Company.

 

Following the changes in the shareholder structure of MF Technologies ("MFT"),
Sergey Kuprianov, Press Secretary to Chairman of the Management Committee of
Gazprom and a member of the Board of Directors of Gazprom-Media, was nominated
by MFT and appointed as new Director to the Board of the Company, replacing
Alexandra Buriko, Senior Vice President, CFO and Executive Board member of
Sber.
