Global Depositary Receipt Dealing

 

VK Company Limited (LSE, MOEX: VKCO, hereinafter referred as "VK" or "the
Company"), one of the largest Internet companies in the Russian-speaking
Internet market, announces that Vladimir Kirienko, Chief Executive Officer
(Russia), has acquired in the market, 50,000 Global Depositary Receipts
representing the Company's ordinary shares admitted to trading on the London
Stock Exchange as well as the Moscow Stock Exchange (ISIN US5603172082, Common
Code: 055222126). Purchase was made on 15 December 2021 on the Moscow Stock
Exchange at an average price of RUB 962.37 per GDR.
