** VLS Finance Ltd's shares VLSF.NS up ~7% at 147.85
rupees, set for biggest one-day jump in ~4 months, if gains hold
** VLSF said Friday it is considering a share buyback
** Stock on a 7-day rally and is trading above its 50-day
(135.2 rupees) and 100-day (138.4 rupees) simple moving avgs
** At session high, stock also topped its 200-DMA for first
time since early April
** More than 133k shares change hands by 12:15 p.m. IST vs
2.7x 30-day avg of 49k shares
** Stock fell ~29% last year
