Nov 12 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: TELEFONICA TEF.MC Telefónica has called a meeting with unions to announce its intention to reduce its workforce by about 5,000 to 6,000 workers, newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Tuesday, citing unnamed sources with knowledge of the matter. Expansion, on the other hand, said the number being negotiated with the unions was 6,000 to 7,000. NATURGY NTGY.MC Naturgy said on Tuesday its distribution firms in Panama, Edemet and Edechi signed a $300 million framework loan agreement with the European Investment Bank to support modernisation of electricity distribution networks in Panama. VOCENTO VOC.MC Spanish media group Vocento said on Tuesday it booked a net loss of 3.2 million euros in the first nine months of the year.
