INWIT slip after Fastweb + Vodafone terminates agreement

** Shares in Italy's INWIT INWT.MI fall 4.8% after Swisscom SCMN.S said its Italian business Fastweb + Vodafone would terminate  its master service agreement (MSA) with the towers company

** "Expected, but negative", Jefferies says, confirming the "difficult state of relationship" between INWIT and Fastweb + Vodafone

** Jefferies says this "signals the beginning of what may be a long legal battle with uncertainty over the final outcome"

** It adds that customer tensions add uncertainty to future returns, justifying a discount on the stock's intrinsic value
