March 2 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Monday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.7%.
* SMITH & NEPHEW: Smith & Nephew SN.L
forecast
its 2026 trading profit to grow around 8% organically, with revenue leverage and cost cuts offsetting pressures from inventory revaluation, tariffs, and a challenging Chinese market.
* BUNZL: Bunzl BNZL.L
reported
a 9.8% drop in annual adjusted pretax profit, as weaker trading conditions in its key North American division was compounded by tariff-related supply-chain disruptions.
* SENIOR: Senior SNR.L
reported
a 20% rise in annual adjusted operating profit, citing robust demand and improved pricing for aerospace components.
* VODAFONE: Vodafone VOD.L said it had signed a
deal
with Amazon Leo, the U.S. company's AMZN.O low Earth orbit satellite network, to connect 4G and 5G mobile masts in remote areas in Europe and Africa.
* NATIONAL GRID: National Grid NG.L said it now
expects
adjusted earnings per share to grow 13%-15% for 2027.
* WIZZ AIR: Wizz Air WIZZ.L is suspending all flights to and from Israel, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Amman with immediate effect until March 7, the airline said.
* IAG: IAG ICAG.L owned British Airways said it has cancelled flights to Tel Aviv and Bahrain until March 3 due to the situation in the Middle East.
* INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS: InterContinental Hotels Group IHG.L expects India to become one of its top-five global markets within years, a senior executive said, as international hospitality brands accelerate expansion across the world's most populous country.
* HOUSE PRICES: British house prices
rose
0.3% in February, leaving them 1.0% higher than a year earlier, figures from mortgage lender Nationwide Building Society showed.

prices rose, and

prices rose as well.
