Refiles to fix typo in headline, no changes to text

Nov 3 (Reuters) -  India's top court said that the government can consider relief on all of Vodafone Idea's VODA.NS telecom dues, CNBC-TV18 reported on Monday, sending the company's shares up 10% in the afternoon.

Vodafone did not immediately respond to a Reuters' request for comment.
