** Telco posts smaller-than-expected Q2 loss, aided by more users upgrading to higher-margin 4G, 5G plans

** Co's ARPU rose about 9% year-on-year to 180 rupees, helped by a modest 1.5% increase in 4G and 5G users, and steady data usage

** Stock up 22.8% YTD vs 27.3% climb in larger rival Bharti Airtel BRTI.NS
