** India's top court allowed the federal government to reconsider billions in past dues owed by co, Bloomberg News says

** Government said it is willing to do so in interest of co's nearly 200 mln users, report said

** Telcos, including Vodafone, Bharti Airtel BRTI.NS, have long contested so-called adjusted gross revenue dues

** Stock rated "hold" on avg; median PT 7 rupees, per data compiled by LSEG
