Austria's Voestalpine tops expectations on strong aerospace demand June 3 (Reuters) - Austrian steelmaker Voestalpine VOES.VI reported full-year core earnings slightly above market expectations on Wednesday, driven by strong orders in its aerospace and railway systems divisions.
The supplier for the automotive industry recorded earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of €1.49 billion ($1.73 billion) for its 2025/26 financial year, compared with €1.33 billion last year and a consensus of €1.45 billion from analysts polled by Vara.
