Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that on Thursday 8 January 2026, NR Holdings Ltd received 95,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the reference price of 399.0 pence per share, through the scrip dividend issued on Thursday 8 January 2026, as set out in the notification of dealing form below.

 

Following this issue, including those shares held through NR Holdings Ltd, of which Lord Rothschild is a beneficiary, Lord Rothschild will be interested in 47,349,061 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.58% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
