Volex plc (AIM:VLX), the global supplier of integrated man ufacturing services
and power products, today announces the appointment of HSBC Bank plc ("HSBC")
as its Joint Corporate Broker and Financial Adviser, with immediate effect,
alongside N+1 Singer who remain as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to the
