Director / PDMR Dealing

Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it has been notified that on 26 August
2022, the following directors / persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ('PDMRs') acquired (in aggregate) 97,011 ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company (the 'Shares') upon vesting of the deferred bonus
awards granted to them on 26 August 2021 under the Volex plc Deferred Bonus
Plan (the 'DBP Awards').   Details of the vested DBP Awards are summarised
below:

 Jon Boaden      25,635

The DBP Awards were satisfied on a nil-cost basis using existing Shares
purchased in the market by the trustee of the Company's employee benefit
trust.

The Company also announces that it has been notified that on 26 August 2022,
14,505 vested Shares were retained and sold on John Molloy's behalf and 12,369
vested Shares were retained and sold on Jon Boaden's behalf to settle their
respective tax liabilities in relation to the vesting of their DBP Awards (in
accordance with an irrevocable authority provided to the Company by each PDMR
for this purpose).

Following the above dealings, and the dealings announced on 30 August 2022 in
connection with the scrip dividend, the PDMRs hold (or are interested in) the
following Shares (not including unvested or unexercised LTIP or DBP Awards):
