Director/PDMR Shareholding

Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that Jon Boaden, Chief Financial Officer,
purchased 1,788 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of
278.84 pence per share on 15 February 2022. Following this purchase, Jon
Boaden holds a total of 1,788 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK version of
the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 which has effect in English law by
virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
