Volex plc (the "Company") today announces that on 14 July 2014 Matthew Becker,
a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility,purchased 15,000 Ordinary
Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 77.9 pence
per share.  This purchase represents 0.02% of the issued share capital of the
Company. 
 
Following this purchase, Mr Becker will hold a total of 15,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.02% of the ordinary issued share capital of the
Company. 
 
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FCA
Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
