PDMR Shareholding 
Volex plc (the "Company"), a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, announces that on 13 November 2014, Christoph Eisenhardt the Chief Executive Officer, purchased 45,802 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65.5 pence per share, representing in total 0.05% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company. 
Following this purchase, Mr Eisenhardt will hold a total of 143,166 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company. 
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
