Volex plc (the "Company"), a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, announces that on 20 February 2015, Daren Morris the interim Chief Financial Officer, purchased 29,091 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65.2 pence per share, representing in total 0.03% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company. 
Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold a total of 180,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company. 
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
