Volex plc (the "Company"), a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, announces that on 29 September 2015, Daren Morris the Chief Financial Officer, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 71.4 pence per share, representing in total 0.02% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold a total of 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.22% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
