Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, John Molloy,
Group Chief Operating Officer, and Jon Boaden, Chief Financial Officer have
been granted Deferred Bonus Awards under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus
Plan 2015 as part of their remuneration in respect of the 2022 financial
year.

The following disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK
version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 which has effect in English
law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
