Director / PDMR Dealing

Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, has
been awarded 107,813 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") in satisfaction of his annual bonus payment for
FY2024, as detailed on pages 115 and 116 of the Company's Annual Report &
Accounts for the year ended 2024 (the "Bonus Award").

The Bonus Award was satisfied using existing Ordinary Shares, previously held
by the Company's employee benefit trust. The Bonus Award shares are being
issued at a price of 354.50 pence per share, being the closing mid-market
share price on 12 July 2024.

 

Following the above transaction, Nat Rothschild* is interested in 46,647,239
Ordinary Shares (save for unvested or unexercised awards), representing
approximately 25.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

*Including those shares held through NR Holdings Ltd, of which Nat Rothschild
