PDMR / PCA Shareholdings
Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that it has been informed that Jon Boaden,
Chief Financial Officer, effected a transfer of shares held by him into his
and his wife's ISA accounts.
On 14 January 2025, Jon Boaden sold a total of 12,102 ordinary shares of 25
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding. Subsequently Jon
Boaden and his wife, purchased, in aggregate, 12,102 into their ISA accounts.
Following these transactions, Jon Boaden's beneficial interest in the Company
(including shares held by his wife) remains unchanged at 34,061 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
