Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that on 12 September 2025, John Wilson acquired
89 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 335.11 pence per share, having elected to reinvest his dividend
proceeds relating to the final dividend for 2025, as set out in the
notification of dealing form below. Following this purchase, John Wilson
holds 10,089 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the ordinary issued share
capital of the Company.
