BOARD CHANGE
Volex announces that John Allkins has informed the Board of Directors of his intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect in order to pursue other professional opportunities. 
Karen Slatford, Chairman of the Board, said "We are sorry that John is leaving but wish him all the best for the future. A search for a new Non-Executive Director will be initiated in the New Year."
