Notice of Preliminary Results and Investor Presentation

Volex plc (AIM: VLX), the global supplier of integrated manufacturing services
and power products, announces that its preliminary results for the 52 weeks
ended 3 April 2022, will be announced on Thursday 23 June 2022.

Briefing for Analysts

A live briefing for analysts will be held online at 08:30 a.m. BST on Thursday

Investor Presentation

A live presentation will be held online at 10:00 a.m. BST on Thursday 23 June
