Volex plc (the "Company"), the global provider of power and data cabling solutions, announces that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts 2018 (the "Annual Report") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which is to be held at 11.00am on Tuesday 31 July 2018 at the Petersham Hotel, Nightingale Lane, Richmond, Surrey, TW10 6UZ  (the "AGM"), together with a Form of Proxy for use in connection with the AGM.
