Feb 16 (Reuters) - Saint Jean Carbon Inc  SJL.V : 
 * Acquires two past producing graphite mines 
 * Says has entered into two letters of intent to acquire two past producing 
   hydrothermal lump/vein graphite mines 
 * First mine is Diamond graphite mine and the second is Bell graphite mine, 
   both located in South Western Quebec 
 * On closing co will issue 1.5 million shares to each of 2 claim holders and a 
0.75 percent net outputs return royalty
