** Shares of Voltaic Strategic Resources  VSR.AX  rise as
much as 34% to A$0.067 - on track for best day since May 9, if
gains hold
    ** Co says drilling confirms significant rare earths system
at Neo prospect, part of its Paddy's Well project in Western
Australia
    ** Co believes intersections of almost 80 metres identified
from surface is the largest clay-hosted rare earth elements
intersection reported in Australia to date
    ** More than 53 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average of about 15 mln shares 
    ** Stock up ~112.8% this year, as of last close
