   ICADE  ICAD.PA 
   Standard & Poor’s late on Thursday said it would downgrade
Icade's outlook on long-term credit rating from stable to
negative. 
    
   KINEPOLIS  KIPO.BR  
   The Dutch firm said its CFO Jeroen Mouton would step down. 
    
   SOCIETE GENERALE  SOGN.PA  
   The French lender announced the launch of global cash
equities and research business called Bernstein, teaming up with
U.S. company AllianceBernstein.
    
    VOLTALIA  VLTSA.PA  
    The company posted full-year results, saying it will have
assets representing a power generation capacity of 3.3 gigawatt
