    French specialty minerals company Imerys  reported on Monday
its results for the first half of the year with an EBITDA Up At
384 million euros year-on-year.
    
EDENRED  EDEN.PA :
    French voucher company Edenred said on Monday it
successfully issued a 500 million euros bond with a coupon of
3.625% with a maturity date in on august 5, 2032.
    
VOLTALIA  VLTSA.PA :
    French holding company Voltalia announced on Monday a new
syndicated banking loan of 294 million euros with a maturity of
5 years, extendable to 7 years.
