Nov 15 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    AIRBUS  AIR.PA :
    Elon Musk's hugely successful rockets-to-satellites SpaceX
venture would raise anti-trust concerns if it had to operate in
Europe, the head of aerospace group Airbus said on Thursday.
    
    AMUNDI  AMUN.PA 
    Europe's biggest fund manager announced the acquisition of
German technology company Aixigo for 149 million euros.
    
    DSM-FIRMENICH  DSFIR.AS 
    The Dutch chemicals maker announced it would sell part of
its stake in Robertet  ROBF.PA .
    
    NEOEN  NEOEN.PA 
    The French renewable power producer said it won 164 MWP of
solar projects in the latest call for tenders issued by the
French government.
        
    SANOFI  SASY.PA :
    Sanofi said Sarclisa was recommended for EU Approval by the
Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use, with a final
decision expected in the coming months.
    
    VOLTALIA  VLTSA 
    The French renewable utilities company said it signed an MoU
for the development of a 3GW wind and solar project in Egypt.
