much as 17.53% to a record high of 3,969.95 rupees 
    ** Sharp uptick after the electrical transformers maker
posts 48% Y/Y rise in March quarter net profit to 765.7 mln

    ** Revenue jumps 14% Y/Y to 4.40 bln rupees
    ** VOTL also declares a dividend of 40 rupees per equity
