** Patel to sell shares through a block deal at floor price of 7,600 rupees per share, reflecting a 2.3% discount on last close, the report says

** Patel held 37.8% stake in VOTL as of June 30 - exchange data

** Kunjal Patel and the company did not immediately respond to Reuters' request for comment

** Year-to-date, stock down ~25%
