** Shares of Voltamp Transformers  VOTL.NS  fall as much as
5.6% to 4,651 rupees, their lowest since Aug. 8
    ** Promoters plan to sell 10% stake in VOTL via block deal,
CNBC-AWAAZ reports, citing sources 
    ** Over 112,000 shares of the electric transformers maker
change hands as of 12:12 p.m. IST in four separate block deals
at a price between 4,655.10 rupees and 4,669.90 apiece - LSEG 
    ** Trading volume at over 442,000 shares by 12:25 p.m. IST,
14.1x the 30-day moving avg
    ** Including day's move, stock up 70% YTD
