** Shares of electrical transformers manufacturer Voltamp
Transformers  VOTL.NS  fall as much as 4.8% to 2,602 rupees,
their lowest since Oct. 20
    ** Around 379,860 shares changed hands in a block deal at
2,649.95 rupees each, aggregating to 1.01 billion rupees 
($12.35 million), according to Refinitiv data
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct loss since Nov. 10
    ** VOTL set to fall for a sixth straight session
    ** More than 493,408 shares change hands by 0765 GMT, 33.1x
30-day avg of 14,911 shares
    ** Stock up 37.2% YTD up to last close
($1 = 81.7750 Indian rupees)
