Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

 

Volution Group plc ("the Company", LSE: FAN), a leading international
designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Jefferies International Limited
("Jefferies") as Joint Corporate Broker to the Company, with immediate effect.
 Jefferies will act alongside the Company's existing corporate broker,
Berenberg.
