Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and
manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces that
it has received notification that Celia Baxter, independent Non-Executive
Director of the Company, purchased 3,719 ordinary shares at a price of 628.38
pence per share on 11 November 2025. The transaction took place in London.
