Director Shareholding - Transfer to Spouse

 

Volution Group plc ("Volution" or the "Company", LSE: FAN), a leading
international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality
solutions, announces that on 26 January 2026 it received notification that
Andy O'Brien, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 271,186 of his ordinary
shares in the Company to his spouse for nil consideration.  The attached
notification, made pursuant to Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation,
provides further details.
