Oct 17 (Reuters) - Novavis SA  NVV.WA :     
    * Said on Thursday it signed a cooperation agreement with 
Santander Consumer Bank SA concerning offer hire purchase via 
the company's sales platform E-VOOLT  
    * Said it also can, on behalf of Santander Bank, offer to 
its customers a consumer credit to the amount 50,000 zlotys
