 VOXX.O  down 5% at $4.55 premarket on lower Q3 revenue, profit
    ** Revenue fell 15% in the quarter, hurt by weak performance
of its Automotive Electronics segment
    ** Q3 profit fell to 10 cents per share from 50 cents per
