Voyager climbs on expanded licensing deal with Novartis

** Shares of biotech company Voyager Therapeutics  VYGR.O 
rise ~4.8% to $6.50 premarket
    ** VYGR says Novartis AG  NOVN.S  has agreed to license a
capsid or gene therapy delivery vehicle, generated from
Voyager's RNA-based screening platform TRACER capsid
    ** The capsid will be used against an undisclosed rare
neurologic disease - VYGR
    ** Voyager will receive $15 mln up front and is eligible to
receive up to $305 million in associated potential milestone
payments
    ** The license expands on the companies' 2022 agreement for
the development of gene therapy delivery systems for
neurological diseases
    ** Up to last close, VYGR down 26.5% YTD
